Cantina Style- made fresh- taste like Homemade!

In 1947, my father started "Campos Foods" in the Central Valley of California manufacturing corn tortillas and distributed them to major grocery store chains. He also started selling Mexican food but his delicious salsa and crunchy tortilla chips were everyone's favorite! BUT HIS LIFE BEGAN WITH HUMBLE BEGINNINGS.

My father grew up in Mexico during the Mexican Revolution in 1913 - When the bandits needed food for their troops, they just took them. My grandfather Francisco was told to turn over his ranch, cattle and feed for a promisary note, that would NEVER be honored.

Francsico Campos fled with the family and my father. They came into the United States in Nogales, Arizona and then made his way up into Utah and worked temporarily on the railroad. He later moved the family to Westwood, California, high up into the mountains and worked in a lumber mill.
