This book is about the history of "Senor Campos Salsa". My father Arthur Campos was a pioneer in the Mexican Food Industry. He was one of the first to manufacture corn and flour tortillas and distribute them to major grocery store chains in the Central Valley of California. In 1947, he started "Campos Foods" and in 1964 he also established "Senor Campos Enterprises" Mexican Restaurants. I worked for my father for over twenty years and owned and operated three "Senor Campos" restaurants. I LOVED his delicious salsa taste and couldn't find anything like it. I knew the recipe and wanted others to enjoy the taste. Years ago, I started to give it away to my family. They wanted it more and more. In 2018, I decided to offer it to the public so, you can enjoy the delicious flavor also.
